WORKING PLATFORM

The working platform of car lift is made of checkered steel plate (skid-proof plate), which could prevent people and goods from slipping down from platform. Protect safety of Operators.

KEY PARTS GUIDE RAILS

HODA use 300 x170 x170 x5mm high strength steel plate bending to make guide rails, Q345B, with 17% more rigidity strength than normal steel. It is of high structural stability.

KEY PARTS LEAF CHAINS

Leaf chain could bear 4 times weight than the goods lift's rated capacity. With such heavy duty features and enduring use-life, it will save the cost of the replacement and provide top class safety .

KEY PARTS SAFETY WIRE ROPE

HODA cargo lift is equipped with 4 pcs safety wire ropes, diameter 8mm~12mm. In case the chain breaks, the ropes will help to hold the platform.

KEY PARTS HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

The hydraulic power unit has incredible features: small, compact structure, lightweight, highly efficient, great working pressure, reliable performance and no leaks.

KEY PARTS SENSOR SWITCH

HODA use DELIXI brand or equivalent brand sensor switch. It has much more higher precision and sensitivity. So that we use o as to use it to set the lifting height and execute the anti-falling device when platform arrive at the floor.

KEY PARTS PLC CONTROL SYSTEM

Equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), switched-mode power supply, voltage display, manual/automatic, voltage transformer and other functions, it will help you operate easily and safely.

HIGH-PRECISION WHEELS

The guide rail wheels are made of high quality Nylon material. The wheels are maintenance-free and the wheels designed to have more contact area with the guide rails, which make lift work smoothly.
